3D Games Design Course

TAFE NSW - North Coast Institute’s Kingscliff Campus is offering a unique opportunity to train in the fastest growing sector of the entertainment industry, 3D Games Design. The program, to be run one day a week for 19 weeks in Semester two, is designed to provide introductory skills for people to access employment in this high growth area in the region. During the course students will learn skills in the artistic side of Games Design including concept development and visualisation, 3D character creation, 3D Environmental Design and 3D animation.
The course is taught by Mark Hill, a teacher with strong and recent industry experience in multimedia, internet and 3D animation. Mark’s professional experience extends from working with Ford and Mercedes Benz to highly successful bands such as Powderfinger, Endorphin, and Grinspoon.
An information and enrolment session will be held at Kingscliff Campus on Friday July 20, 10am-12 noon, followed by an interactive session 12.30-2.30pm in room GG04.
