Special event for Port Macquarie’s health industry showcases guest speaker and new TAFE facilities

The Child and Family Services section at North Coast TAFE’s Port Macquarie Campus is inviting Early Childhood professionals from all over the Hastings to attend a special industry event on Wednesday 5 March 2008 at 5:00 pm.

As well as being able to hear well-known health promotion consultant Thea O’Connor speak, it is an opportunity to tour the brand-new Child and Family Services learning environment at the Campus.

Head teacher, Sharen Marshall says that the event is designed to provide Early Childhood Sector representatives with new, inspiring practical solutions to a range of health issues.

“We are delighted that Thea can attend and share with us her 17 years experience as a motivational speaker and healthy lifestyle consultant,” says Ms Marshall. “I’m certain that our guests will learn about a range of new ideas and strategies plus being able to network with colleagues, relax and enjoy finger food and drinks.”
