How Do I Reset My Password?

I know what my password is I just want to change it
•I have forgotten my password but have set a secret Question and Answer
  • •Go to DET Portal http://portal.det.nsw.edu.au
  • •Click on Forgotten your DET User ID password link
  • •You will be prompted to answer your Secret Question.
    Once answered correctly you will be able to reset your password
•I have forgotten my password and don’t have a secret Question and Answer
  • •Advise your Teacher, Library or Campus staff and they can reset your password for you
